Personal information is not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.
2. Integration with Android Health Connect
Aviva Wellness 360 integrates with Android Health Connect, an open platform by Google that enables users to manage and control their fitness and wellness data. With your explicit consent, Aviva Wellness 360 collects and processes step count, physical activity, and sleep data via the Health Connect SDK.
Upon connection, users can view their step data in a visual format, and Aviva Wellness 360 automatically imports this data to provide activity insights.
Data collection continues until the user disables the step-tracking feature, logs out, or uninstalls the app.
We handle all Health Connect data in accordance with the Google Services User Data Policy.
3. Access to Health Connect and Apple Health Data
a. Collection and Usage of Health Data
Aviva Wellness 360 prioritizes the privacy and security of your
personal information. Our mobile wellness application requests
permission to access step data solely to enhance your experience and
deliver personalized wellness features.
This information is collected only with your explicit consent.
It is used exclusively for fitness tracking purposes.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your health data to third parties without your express authorization.
b. Purpose of Health Data Access
The health data collected is used to track and display daily
wellness metrics such as steps, calories burned, heart rate, and sleep
cycles.
All processing is done locally on the user’s device.
The app does not transmit personal health data to external servers or third-party platforms.
c. User Consent
By using the Aviva Wellness 360 app, you consent to the
collection and processing of health-related data for the features
described in this policy.
Users retain full control of permissions.
Permissions may be enabled or revoked at any time through app settings.
4. Security Measures
Aviva Wellness 360 employs strong security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your health data, including:

Encrypted storage of sensitive information using industry-standard protocols.

5. Data Retention
Health-related data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Users may request deletion of their data at any time through the app in the profile section by clicking on "Delete My Data" button. Users also can delete their account completely through the app in the profile section by clicking on "Forget Me" button.
6. Face Scan Data
No face data is collected or stored by the app.
Face images are converted into pixelated data in real-time and are not stored within the app.
The pixelated image is used to calculate face vitals using PPG (Photoplethysmography) technology on a real-time basis.
Once the output is calculated, all face-related data is discarded immediately.
